What are Lulu Lashes made of?

Lulu Lashes are made with supple Korean silk that’s lightweight, giving you a barely-there feel that’s suitable for everyday wear. We’re proud to share that it’s also ethically-sourced and cruelty-free.

Are Lulu Lashes cruelty-free?

Yes, they are crafted and designed to be Mother Earth’s new beauty bestie! We’ve done intense research on the best lash materials without harming our furry friends.

We also assure you that everything and everyone in our supply chain is ethically-sourced, responsibly done, and up to proper labor standards – so you can use our lashes guilt-free. Now that’s pretty and responsible!

Lash Care

How long can I re-wear Lulu Lashes?

With proper care and use, they can be worn up to 10x! Our magnetic lashes could even last longer. We care about the planet just as much as you do, so we made Lulu to be reusable and earth-friendly. Just remember to always keep them clean and free from adhesives after each use, and return them in their lash case to keep their shape intact. (Think of it as a skincare routine, but for your lashes!) 

How can I take care of my Lulu Lashes?

Here are some tips so they can last longer:

  1. Hold the end of the lash band with your fingertips, and slowly remove them from your eyelids. 
  2. Once removed from your eyes, smear a bit of cream-based make-up remover on your fingers or q-tip to gently peel off the glue residue. Whenever you’re removing your lashes, make it a point to hold on the band base to avoid pulling the hair strands, causing it to fall off.
  3. After they’re cleaned and dried, store them back in their box to maintain its shape until you’re ready for your next look. 
Can I wet my falsies in the shower?

We don’t recommend showering with your falsies on. It might ruin the band, lose its shape, and cause damage to the silk fibers. It might also cause irritation in your eyes.

I'm a beginner :( Is it hard to put on false eyelashes?

Payment

What are your payment options?

We only accept GCash and Maya payments for now. We will introduce more payment options soon!

I have paid my order. What next?

Please email your proof of payment within an hour (1 hour) after checking out to orders@lululashes.com. Failure to do so will result in tagging your order as void.

Shipping

I want same day delivery! How do I order?

Please choose Same-day delivery as your shipping option. Upon order confirmation, you can personally pick your order up at our HQ or book through your preferred courier (Lalamove, Grab Express, or Angkas Padala) using the details sent to your email.

We will only accept and process same day delivery orders within 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM Mondays to Fridays. All orders made past 4:00 PM will no longer be same day delivery and will be processed and shipped the next day.

I chose standard delivery. When can I expect my order?

Please note that our main and only courier partner is Entrego. Our processing time is within 1-2 business days with expected delivery dates for these areas:

  • Metro Manila - delivery within 5-7 days
  • Outside of Metro Manila - delivery within 10 days

Orders made during the weekends will be processed on the next business day.

How can I track my order?

Once we have shipped your order, we will send you an email with the tracking number and other details.

Weeeelp, it looks like my order is lost in transit. 

You may use your tracking number to see your order status with your carrier. If they have not moved or your order has been wrongly tagged as delivered, you may file a claim with Entrego by emailing them at customersupport@entrego.com.ph

All claims are the customer’s responsibility. We don't accommodate any refunds filed when orders are lost in transit. 

Returns and Cancellation

How can I cancel my order?

You can directly make order changes and cancellation of transactions within 24 hours of receipt of confirmation. 

We do not accept any cancellation requests, order changes, or any concerns of similar nature beyond this time frame, as your transaction will automatically proceed to our fulfillment system for processing. 

Oops, this isn't what I ordered.

Oh no! 😱

If you receive the wrong item or damaged goods, you are eligible for a full refund as long as the pair of lashes or accessories have not been used, manually tampered or ruined.

Do you offer exchanges for faulty items?

Of course. 😊 We highly advise that you take an unboxing video upon receipt of your order just in case any damage is found with the item due to production or mishandling of the carrier.

Please also be reminded that Lulu Lashes are made by hand, some minor discrepancies in lash band and strand alignment may occur and might look asymmetrical. These differences do not immediately equate to damaged or faulty item.

How do I return my order?

You can reach out to our friendly Lulu staff on any of our platforms or send us an email at support@lululashes.com within 30 days of your delivery date so your transaction can be processed.

However, we also highly value the quality and hygiene of all our products, so keep in mind that any sign of personal usage will forfeit your eligibility to return the items. 

For allergic reaction concerns, Lulu Lashes are produced with 100% hypoallergenic materials. If you encounter an allergic reaction, this is most likely due to the lash glue. We do not accept returns due to allergic reactions.

Refunds can take up to 14 days to process from the date the product is received at our warehouse for inspection.
